Your Role as a Pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Frövi and Kopparberg

We are looking for a driven and committed pharmacist for our two pharmacies in Kopparberg and Frövi. The pharmacy in Frövi is located just north of Örebro, about 25-30 minutes by car, and the pharmacy in Kopparberg is about 40 minutes from Lindesberg. Both pharmacies are situated in rural areas with good commuting opportunities. You will work together with a wonderful, close-knit team consisting of 4 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences.

This is how pharmacy manager Péter describes his pharmacies: "We have received a lot of positive feedback from both customers and borrowed pharmacists regarding customer service, team spirit, and that we have a wonderful flow in our pharmacies. Additionally, Frövi has been nominated for Pharmacy of the Year. That alone says a lot about what it’s like to work with us! Personally, I returned to Kronans Apotek, as did two of my colleagues from other pharmacy chains, just because we enjoy each other's company, the customers, and the wonderful flow that exists in our pharmacies. Here we work towards the same goal, together, with the customer in focus. This has led to us having a high NKI and NPS value in our measurements, as well as in the employee survey that is measured regularly."

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, quality, and development.

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and offering the best possible patient advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good collaboration with your colleagues.
• There is an opportunity to work as a loaned pharmacist to nearby pharmacies such as Nora, Örebro, and more.

The regular opening hours for both pharmacies are 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays, closed on weekends and public holidays. We offer a permanent full-time position where you are expected to support both pharmacies as agreed.
