HSB Norr is recruiting cleaners for the summer to our property service in Luleå. Together with other summer workers and regular staff, you will work to provide our customers and members with a truly wonderful summer while having fun along the way!

As a cleaner at HSB Norr, you will primarily be responsible for the internal maintenance of our customers, who are mainly housing cooperatives. Your tasks will mainly consist of stair cleaning and general cleaning. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

In the role of cleaner, you work closely with the customer and are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver high quality. You also need to be flexible as changes in areas and tasks occur depending on the business. You should have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license for manual transmission.

• Master the Swedish language both in speech and writing.

We would prefer if you have previous experience in cleaning, but it is not a requirement.

The position is a seasonal full-time employment during the summer, from June to August. In this recruitment, we work with ongoing selection, which means that we may call for interviews and fill the position before the application period has ended.
