For the Home Care service, we are looking for several summer substitutes for the summer of 2026. We can schedule according to your preferences, e.g., only evenings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Home Care service, you as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant will perform care and support tasks in the client's own home. Examples of tasks include assisting with showering, dressing, preparing meals, making beds, cleaning, ordering supplies, and accompanying clients.

If you want to try working in home care but have no experience, we also have other tasks that do not involve care & support, such as cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from a care program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good attitude. You should also be able to collaborate easily with managers, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your work shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clients receive safe and secure care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you are selected for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

A driver's license (B) is also advantageous.
