We are looking for several substitutes for the summer of 2026 for our Elderly Care and Short-term Care. There are good opportunities to continue working as a substitute after the summer if you wish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In Elderly Care and Short-term Care, you will work as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant. Examples of tasks include supporting the user with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, and care-related tasks. In short-term care, additional tasks may include rehabilitation and respite care.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from a nursing program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
