We know that beautiful flowers and fine bushes are part of the overall experience for our guests. Therefore, we always strive for high quality and good care of our flower beds and green areas.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with:
- Planting seasonal flowers in pots
- Watering
- Pruning bushes and hedges
- Seasonal maintenance of flower beds and plantings
- Weeding
- Caring for and maintaining indoor plants
The work is physical and varied, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and overall impression.
We are looking for someone who
- Enjoys early mornings
- Has a B driver's license
- Has good knowledge of Swedish
- Can handle heavy lifting and physical work
- Is a team player with good team spirit
- Works in a structured manner and values order and tidiness
- Has an interest in plants, outdoor environments, and maintenance (experience is a plus but not a requirement)
If you have a florist/gardening education, experience in plant care, or are accustomed to working with gardening or machinery, that is a plus.

More about the positions
The position is a seasonal employment that runs from March 2026 to August 2026 with varying degrees of employment depending on the season. Working hours are determined by the business's opening hours and vary between weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Salary is according to agreement.
