Do you enjoy a practical job with clear instructions and want to represent one of the world's largest beauty brands in-store? We are now looking for merchandisers across Sweden for major shelf revisions in the beauty category during weeks 6-10 of 2026.

This is a task for you who appreciate order, structure, and working physically while being service-oriented and acting professionally in a retail environment. You will not be marketing or selling products to customers, but you will represent well-known brands, such as L'Oreal and SRB Retail House, contributing to a positive in-store experience.

About the assignment

As a merchandiser, you will work in stores like H&M, Kicks, Åhléns, and grocery retail. Twice a year, major revisions of shelves are made for our clients, and your tasks will include:

• Removing discontinued products and restocking new items
• Following planograms and drawings to build the shelf correctly
• Restocking all products in new furniture during installation
• Performing light assembly of modules according to instructions
• Keeping order, cleaning shelves, wiping off makeup residues, and ensuring a nice overall appearance
• Communicating with store staff regarding questions and ensuring that work flows smoothly in collaboration with them

Important to know:

This is a practical and sometimes dirty job where you stand, lift, sit on the floor, crawl to reach the bottom shelf, and work with many products around you. The pace is often high, and customers are moving around the store simultaneously.

During furniture installations, the furniture itself is installed by an external company, and we will always come the same day to fill the shelves since they cannot be left empty. This makes some days more time-sensitive and less flexible.

Scope

During the period weeks 6–10, the assignment in Arvika and surrounding areas is estimated to correspond to about 110 hours in total. You will visit stores in Arvika, Karlstad, Töcksfors, and Charlottenberg.

This is a rough planning that may be adjusted. Some weeks may be more intensive than others, and the number of working days varies each week.

We are looking for someone who:

• can be available Monday–Friday, but where the number of working days varies (about 3–4 days per week)
• can work daytime starting around 08:00
• enjoys a dynamic, physical, and intensive assignment
• works carefully and follows instructions/drawings
• has a friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor in-store
• preferably has experience from retail or merchandising
• has a B driver's license and access to a car
