The assignment takes place in clean environments at one of Stockholm's largest hospitals.

About the position We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a warehouse and logistics-related role at an environmental company in Solna.

The position focuses on washing bins, packing, handling hospital waste, and operating forklifts.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving various waste from hospital departments, checking according to instructions, and ensuring that the waste is correctly packaged and ready for delivery & disposal. The work is a crucial part of the output, where quality, structure, and efficiency are essential, as this role is an important cog in a larger context.

You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, responsibility, and precision contribute to ensuring that logistics flows occur on time and with the right quality. There will also be some solitary work in different departments.

Examples of tasks:

  • Packaging and wrapping according to pick lists

  • Control of waste products, e.g., confidentiality containers, sealing, etc.

  • Transporting bins and recycling containers for delivery using forklift A+B (picking truck, counterbalance truck).

  • Ensuring order and quality in a handling system

  • Washing bins in a washing machine

  • Sorting recycling containers in different departments

  • Following routines and instructions for work environment and quality

Who are you?

You thrive in a practical role and enjoy working systematically with clear routines. You are responsible, meticulous, and understand how quality and pace affect the entire supply chain. You work well both independently and in a team and contribute to a good team spirit. It is important that you can increase your pace during the work shift. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. You are humble and understand the importance of the role as part of a larger context.

Requirements

  • Experience in service jobs, warehouse work, forklift operation

  • Forklift license (A+B truck, experience with forklifts is an advantage)

  • Computer skills from various logistics systems or similar

  • Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

  • Experience working in industry, logistics, facility management, or production

  • Experience with quality controls or working with larger products

Other Start: Immediately. Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Working hours: Monday-Friday daytime 07:00-16:00 Location: Solna-Stockholm.

The company has a collective agreement.
