We are now looking for more employees for our Personal Pool within Home Care. The positions are permanent contracts at 100%, but there is an opportunity to work at a lower percentage. You can be a nursing assistant, care assistant, or trainee. We may apply a probationary period.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In Home Care, you as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant will perform care and support tasks in the client's own home. Examples of tasks include assisting with showering, dressing, preparing meals, making beds, cleaning, ordering supplies, and escorting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Care and nursing program or care assistant training or experience working in care and support.

You are confident in documenting and using various systems required for the job. You should master the Swedish language in speech, writing, and reading comprehension, as it involves contact with clients, relatives, documentation, and reading information related to the work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

Working in the Personal Pool requires a high degree of flexibility, thus personal suitability is highly valued. This is compensated with a salary supplement; for full-time, the salary supplement is 2500 SEK/month.

Since you will be placed in Home Care, a B driver's license is required.
