What you will work with:
- Be responsible for the assigned cleaning area
- Be an advocate for health and safety
- Perform tasks ethically and in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values
- Plan, assign, and actively participate in the daily tasks of the workgroup
- Introduce new staff and substitutes as agreed with the nearest manager
- Support and/or replace other operational staff or team leaders
- Handle feedback and complaints quickly and accurately
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that quality goals are met within the area
- Other tasks assigned by the nearest manager
What you contribute with:
- Experience in professional cleaning or other service work
- Good service sense and ability to meet different people
- Detail-oriented and structured in your work
- Able to work at a fast pace and adapt to changes when necessary
- Good ability to follow instructions
- A team player who contributes positivity to the team
