About the position
A summer by the sea in 2026? Join the ambitious Severins and be part of one of the country's most exciting openings. Starting in the spring of 2026, Severins will transform into a grill restaurant featuring fish and seafood. Three dining rooms, three open kitchens, a bistro, and a large sun terrace. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for the outdoor serving area while working closely with operations. You will coordinate daily tasks and be responsible for planning and executing events. The position combines hospitality, service, and responsibility in a lively and summery environment. You will also be responsible for Gelato Severini, the small ice cream kiosk with the best ice cream on the coast, located between the terrace and the beach, which will be open all summer.
About you
You understand service and thrive in a leading, present role where you are part of the operations. You have a strong interest in good, well-prepared food and drinks and understand the importance of the overall guest experience. Ideally, you also share this interest with guests through your positive attitude and friendly personality at the table.
Facts
Scope: 100% (work every other weekend)
