About the position
Combine a summer by the sea with working as a breakfast chef at one of the country's most exciting restaurant openings! This summer we are opening the new Severins, where the grill meets the sea and the day begins with an ambitious à la carte breakfast focused on quality, flavors, and ingredients.
Severins features three open kitchens, three dining rooms, a bistro, and a large sun terrace. We are looking for experienced and team-oriented breakfast chefs who want to help set the tone for our guests' day while enjoying one of the west coast's most beautiful summer spots. Summer positions for breakfast chefs are available with several rolling start and end dates.
About you
You have a great interest in food and ingredients and are passionate about creating a great start to the day for our guests. You thrive in an inspiring environment with high ambitions – from the breakfast à la carte to the evening dinner service. You are a positive and team-oriented person who wants to succeed together with your team. You have experience in the kitchen and à la carte, work in a structured and quality-conscious manner – and look forward to combining cooking with a wonderful summer by the sea.
Facts
Scope: 80% (work every other weekend)
