About the position
Combine a summer by the sea with working at one of the country's most exciting restaurant openings! This summer we will open the doors to the new Severins, where the grill meets the sea with exciting offerings of fish and seafood. Three open kitchens, three dining rooms, a bistro, and a large sun terrace. Experienced and team-focused chefs are sought who want to combine ambitious cooking with summer living at one of the west coast's most delightful summer spots. Summer positions for chefs are available with several ongoing start/end dates.
About you
You have a great interest in food. You want to work in an inspiring environment that has high ambitions for everything from breakfast à la carte to dinner in the evening. You are a pleasant person who wants to succeed together with the team. You have experience. You also want to enjoy a wonderful summer by the sea.
Facts
Scope: 80% (work every other weekend)
Start: By agreement
