About the Position
A summer by the sea in 2026? We are now looking for a breakfast runner for Severins – an important role in our breakfast service where you contribute to giving guests a great start to the day. Starting in the spring of 2026, Severins will open as a grill restaurant focusing on fish and seafood, with three open kitchens, several dining rooms, a bistro, and a large sun terrace.
As a breakfast runner, you will work closely with both the kitchen and service staff to ensure that the breakfast service runs smoothly. You will be responsible for serving, replenishing, clearing tables, and washing dishes, as well as supporting the breakfast chefs and service staff to maintain high quality and pace throughout breakfast. The position also includes some preparation in the restaurant for the day.

You are positive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous, friendly, and always strive to give each guest a great start to the day.
Facts
Scope: 80% (work every other weekend)
Start: By agreement
