RESPONSIBILITIES

At Vidingehem, the property manager creates a good climate in the residential areas and is the one that tenants meet most often. The property manager conducts regular rounds and inspections and resolves issues that arise in the apartments. As a property manager, you work closely with tenants and other customers.

To thrive as a property manager, you must enjoy meeting people. You are curious and want to learn new things. You enjoy doing many different property-related tasks. You are independent and have the ability to plan your own work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in crafts, property management, or real estate administration. High school qualifications, preferably from a vocational orientation or similar. Experience from property-related activities.

• Experience in relationship-building work with a lot of customer contact.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is an advantage.
• Driver's license (B).
• Basic ability to work in a digital case management system.
