SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR W5 SOLUTION IN ÄLMHULT

As a service technician with us, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and installation in a technically advanced environment. You will be the face of our company to our customers and are expected to communicate clearly and professionally in all situations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel is a natural part of the job - sometimes it means you are on the road for several weeks at a time, while other periods may be quieter and allow time at home.

You who take on this challenge preferably have some form of technical education, preferably in mechanics, electrical, or IT/Data. In addition to your education, you ideally have some years of practical experience as a service technician or service installer. It is desirable if you come from the service side and have been out in the field handling service and maintenance directly with customers. Making a good impression on customers is something that is particularly important to you. Previous experience from the Armed Forces is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics

• A solution-oriented mindset and preferably sees opportunities where others see obstacles

• Has broad technical competence

  Preferably practical experience in Vehicles, Electrical, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Has good computer skills

• A service-oriented approach and confidence in customer meetings

• A flexible attitude towards work periods and enjoys a traveling job

You work with good structure and have a sense of order. Furthermore, you are technically savvy and have a positive attitude towards change. You have good social skills and enjoy both verbal and written communication. You easily adapt to new technology and place great importance on quality. We see good initiative and creativity as a given.  

As a person, you are calm and reliable. You work with the mentality that "getting it done" is more than a work method, it is a natural attitude. The position requires very good Swedish and English skills and you must hold a B driver's license.
