Summer Job for 16–17-Year-Olds – Property Caretaker

We are now looking for you who want to work as a property caretaker in our residential areas for three weeks this summer. A total of 14 young people will have the opportunity to summer job with us this year.

Requirements to Apply

· You are 16 years old but not yet 18.

· You have good physical condition.

· You are service-oriented and interact well with tenants.

Meritorious:

· AM license (moped class 1).

Job Responsibilities and Working Hours

You will primarily work with:

• Weeding

• Litter picking

• Oiling outdoor furniture

• Basic outdoor work in our residential areas

The summer jobs are available in three periods of two to three weeks:

• Period 1: week 25–27 (6 positions)

• Period 2: week 28–30 (4 positions)

• Period 3: week 31–33 (4 positions)

Working hours are:

Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM.

We are targeting 16–17-year-olds as this age group often has difficulty finding their first summer job. You must be 16 years old at the start of the period you are applying for, according to current occupational safety regulations for minors.
