N-Clean is looking for a Team Leader at Arlanda.

In the role of Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in the assigned area. You will staff with substitutes when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work. You will report to the Group Manager and/or Team Leader at the end of your shift.

The position involves customer contact, which places high demands on your sense of service with care, which is also N-Clean's motto.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning services to some extent at our customers' locations during your workday if required. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You will work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Group Manager.

The job also involves working in our systems that require IT skills.

Arlanda is an exciting workplace that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work days, evenings, and nights.

Proficiency in the Swedish language is required, including speaking, reading, and communicating in simple terms.

To work at Arlanda, Swedish citizenship is required. Airports are classified as secure facilities, so all candidates will need to undergo a security screening. See more information below about what this entails.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services. SRY or equivalent training is an advantage. Leadership training is also a plus.

Work experience Requirement: 2 years of experience

Language requirements for the position: Swedish

Security screening

Airports are classified as secure facilities, and therefore all candidates undergo a background check.

What does security screening mean?

An airport is a secure facility, and when you are going to work at an airport, you must undergo a security screening before starting employment.

A security screening consists of several steps:

• You will need to submit certificates/grades that confirm what you have done in the last five years and provide two references
• Security interview. During the security interview, we will look at what you have done in the last five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant aspects for a secure job.
• As a final step in the security screening, Swedavia will send a background check to the Transport Agency. It is SÄPO that conducts background checks on individuals placed in secure positions in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
