Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and flexible. You enjoy cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and share City Hemservice's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, be attentive to the customer's needs, and be meticulous with a sense of detail. You are social and have an easy time building good relationships with customers and are flexible regarding working hours and extra assignments.

Other qualifications

- Ability to communicate with customers in Swedish.

- You should be able to work in homes where there may be dogs, cats, or other pets, and you should not have allergies to anything else that may be present in a home.

Meritorious (not a requirement)

- Experience in home cleaning.

- Knowledge and experience in ironing.

- Knowledge and experience in laundry.

- English language skills.

Training first

We ensure that you get a good start with us so that you do not have to worry about how things should be done and that you feel confident in the work tasks. We always start with a thorough training that lasts between 1-2 weeks depending on your experience, where you work together with a mentor who goes through our routines and how everything should be carried out step by step. After these weeks, you will then receive your own customers to return to based on how often the customer wishes for cleaning.

Job duties

You will perform all cleaning tasks within regular weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning in our private customers' homes. You will travel to assignments using public transportation, and we provide our own cleaning supplies that you will carry in a bag.

Working hours

Typically weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. If you drop off or pick up your children, we can usually accommodate this with a later start or earlier finish, and you can choose to work part-time from 50% up to 100% if you wish.
