Garden Workers Wanted

We are now looking for several garden workers for assignments with one of our clients. The position is a hiring through us at Montico, and you will work on-site with the client.

About the Position

The assignment is with one of our clients who needs extra support in gardening and green space maintenance. You will be employed by Montico and work on-site with the client throughout the assignment.

The work primarily consists of ongoing maintenance and care of outdoor environments, such as parks, residential areas, corporate properties, or private facilities, depending on the client's operations. The tasks may vary from day to day and include both practical and physical outdoor work.

This assignment is suitable for you who enjoy varied tasks, like working outdoors, and are flexible in your approach. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

The assignment is expected to last at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension with good cooperation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Mowing and trimming
• Planting and weeding
• Pruning of shrubs and trees
• General maintenance of green areas and outdoor environments
• The work is performed both independently and together with others

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in gardening or a strong interest in green space maintenance
• Enjoys physical outdoor work
• Is reliable, meticulous, and responsible
• Has good teamwork skills
• Has a B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
