Wisbygymnasiet
Wisbygymnasiet has about 1700 students and approximately 185 employees, of which around 170 are teachers.
We offer 16 national programs, four introductory programs, and one nationally recruited education.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning and implementing teaching and being a mentor for a group of students. Your role includes actively contributing to the school's development. You will be part of program work teams and subject groups.
You are responsible for planning and implementing teaching in various subjects in the Child and Leisure Program. The subjects include both theoretical presentations and practical elements. When students in the Child and Leisure Program undergo workplace-based learning (APL), you will visit them and have discussions with the supervisor about the student's progression.
You will also be a mentor for a group of students, which means you have an overall view of the students' studies and dialogue with their homes. Your role includes actively contributing to the school's development.

You are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach in child and leisure subjects with a pedagogical focus.
As a person, you are a cheerful, positive, and clear leader with a strong interest in meeting students with varying levels of knowledge and motivation. You see the unique abilities and drives of the students and use your knowledge and creativity to develop both students and the organization. You also have a positive attitude in your interactions with colleagues, see the strength in collaboration, and show great commitment to your work.
The job places high demands on your ability to collaborate with colleagues and build good relationships with students. You have the student's needs at the center and use a solution-focused approach even in tough situations.

About the Education and Labor Administration
As part of Region Gotland, we contribute in the Education and Labor Administration to the learning and development of children, youth, and adults. We are responsible for, among other things, preschools, primary schools, leisure homes, adapted primary and secondary schools, cultural schools, upper secondary and adult education, labor market initiatives, youth centers, and the reception and establishment of newcomers. Together, we provide opportunities for lifelong learning.
