We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old

• has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• has a B driver's license or moped driving certificate 

• enjoys physical work

• is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license/certificate (bicycle, moped, car)

It is advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. 

What does a workday look like?

The operation is open on weekdays without holidays. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-16:30.

• The workday begins with preparing for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.

• Then the deliveries take place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.

•  Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment type 

The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. 

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreements. A salary scale applies, for both permanent and hourly employees. The starting salary/hour is 148.12 (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 132.25 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
