We are looking for you who have a nursing assistant education and previous experience in special housing - dementia and short-term care for the elderly. We seek someone who understands the importance of building supportive relationships with humor, self-distance, clarity, and warmth. You must be comfortable handling provoked as well as threatening violent situations. The knowledge and experience you bring into the organization, together with your colleagues and team, will form the foundation of our operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are attentive and unpretentious with a solution-focused working approach. You pay attention to individual needs and work with the customer in focus. You are flexible, independent, and have a good ability to communicate with colleagues and other staff. The work should be conducted according to person-centered care, where the focus is on each person's resources. We work in teams and base our work on each individual's conditions and abilities. With the support of Senior Alert, we work to prevent falls, malnutrition, pressure sores, and oral health issues. BPSD is also a quality register we use to reduce behavioral disturbances in people with dementia. In addition to good treatment and care, clear structure and good knowledge about dementia are required.
