We are looking for part-time employees for our terminal operations handling air freight. You who apply must be at least 18 years old, flexible, and available to step in as needed. Work shifts may vary between day and evening shifts, weekdays, and weekends.

Operations/Job Responsibilities

Cargo Center is an air freight company located in the Cargo City freight area at Arlanda. We work with many of the larger players within our two customer categories, freight forwarders and airlines. We handle both import and export goods.

In the role of terminal worker, you will break down import goods, which includes unloading goods from aircraft pallets, counting packages, and sorting goods in the terminal.

We work with set deadlines from the airlines, and at times it can become stressful, so you need to be resilient and able to perform under tight deadlines.

You have a strong focus on safety and understand the importance of following procedures and manuals.

It is important that you are good at collaborating and communicating with both colleagues and customers to meet established deadlines.

The tasks may change over time, which places high demands on flexibility and a strong commitment to the work you perform.

Working Hours

Shift work, from 06:00 to 24:00 every day of the week all year round.

Collective Agreement

National agreement for employees in the air freight sector with the Transport Workers' Union.

We have the following basic requirements for the position:

- Approved three-year high school diploma

- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

- Fluent in speaking and reading English

- B driver's license and access to a car – as working hours may sometimes fall outside public transport schedules.

Since Arlanda is a security-classified area, you will be subject to a background check according to the regulations of the Swedish Transport Agency, which includes submitting a criminal record extract, a negative drug test, and a 5-year background check.
