JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for several drivers for full-time positions where you will have the opportunity to drive various types of assignments, such as school transport, ordered traffic, or fixed assignments. Most positions are continuous. We also cover all costs related to YKB continuing education. You will come to a fantastic and modern facility just south of Stockholm.

In school traffic, you are the safe and secure driver who ensures that both children and their parents can trust that the journey to and from school is conducted in the best possible way. Perhaps you have some conversations along the way, or it may be quiet and calm?

In ordered traffic, you meet a variety of groups who are often on their way to an exciting excursion. The assignments are highly varied, and one trip is not like the other. There are different destinations and assignments, but also different groups of people.

QUALIFICATIONS

To fit in the role, we believe you are passionate about service and that you are an experienced bus driver.

You have:

• formal education in bus driving (D-license and YKB)
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, especially verbally

As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating, and solve arising problems smoothly and constructively. You enjoy meeting new people, big and small, and adapt your way of expressing yourself and relating to them according to the situation and the person.

Of course, you are a safe driver with good judgment, as critical situations may arise where you need to quickly adjust to new conditions and changed circumstances. Fundamentally, you are a calm, secure, and stable person who meets others in a respectful and professional manner. You ensure that others feel welcome, well taken care of, and secure.
