Do you want a summer job that is out of the ordinary? At the ramp at Luleå Airport, you will work closely with airplanes in an environment where safety, teamwork, and pace are in focus.
As a ramp employee at Luleå Airport, you will be a key person in what keeps the airport running. You will work closely with airplanes, handle luggage, and ensure that everything is ready for departure – regardless of the weather. A physical, varied, and team-based job where no day is the same!
What does the role entail?
In the role of Airport Officer Ramp, you will work with sorting, loading, and unloading luggage and freight.
We offer both summer contracts at 100% and part-time positions as needed. The positions start with basic training in week 17, and compensation is provided throughout the training period. The part-time position is ongoing, while the summer contract extends from mid-June to the end of August 2026. However, for the right person, there are good opportunities for extending the employment after the summer. The position involves shift work, and since our airport is open almost around the clock, you need to be able to travel to and from the airport at irregular hours, including weekends.
Who are you?
We see that you have:
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Driving license (B)
Good physical condition, as the work on the ramp involves heavy lifting and active work
As a person, you are a team player with drive, enjoy physical work, and are not afraid to pitch in when needed. You pay attention to details, take responsibility, and always prioritize safety.
