Job Responsibilities

Together with a knowledgeable and engaged team, you will be responsible for continuously developing, improving, and providing the best service to our customers! The support team's mission is to guide and assist both internal and external users in Växa's programs and applications. You will have many points of contact, primarily via phone and email, and no day is the same. One moment you will solve simpler issues, the next you will delve into more complex cases and find smart solutions.

In addition to support, you may also participate in internal projects or assist with investigations - you will simply have a varied everyday life alongside your colleagues.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in our industry. You are an agricultural engineer, animal agronomist, or have equivalent work experience. Furthermore, you have knowledge in dairy and/or meat production and experience with customer relations/contact. We expect you to have very good computer skills and experience working with various digital tools and systems. It is an advantage if you have experience with Växa's programs such as MinGård, FoderOpti, IndividRAM, etc. Knowledge of other tools, such as CRM, Outlook, and Teams, is also a plus. You have excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are pedagogical, patient, and have an easy time expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. You are self-driven and have the ability to structure your work while being a team player who strives to develop yourself, the team, and its conditions. You have a natural ability to spread positive energy and understand the importance of your daily contribution to the team. With a humble demeanor and a strong desire to create customer value, you act professionally and service-oriented. You are curious and actively seek the information you need to succeed in your role in providing the best possible service, both internally and externally.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period applies. Appointment and salary according to agreement.

The location is Eskilstuna, with some possibility for remote work.
