ABOUT THE POSITION

At Rehabassistans, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 70% for our client in Örnsköldsvik. You will work night shifts with sleeping on-call duty between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. On this schedule, you will work 7 night shifts over 4 weeks.

The working hours are as follows

• From 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an 18-year-old young man living in his own apartment in Örnsköldsvik. He has autism, moderate intellectual disability with significant behavioral issues, and ADHD, and needs your support to create a safe and meaningful everyday life. He enjoys going out for walks or riding his tricycle.

The tasks include:

• Support in daily routines, including household chores, cleaning, and cooking

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Planning and implementing activities

• Supervision due to lack of consequence thinking and potential outbursts

The client uses sign language support, timers, visual aids, and schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Swedish

• B driver's license

• Non-smoker (the client cannot tolerate smoke)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a personal assistant/other equivalent work experience

• Experience with autism/intellectual disabilities/challenging behaviors

• Healthcare education or equivalent

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
