Your Responsibilities

As a seasonal employee with us, you will be part of an engaged team that works together to keep our parks and green spaces beautiful and well-maintained. Your tasks will include caring for lawns, flower beds, and shrubs such as perennials and bushes, playgrounds, hard surfaces, and litter picking. Planting, pruning, and watering will also be part of your duties.

You will use hand tools and machines such as grass trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and larger ride-on mowers. The work is outdoors, which requires you to be able to deliver regardless of the weather. The job can also be physically demanding. Conditions can change quickly, and planning may need to be adjusted, so we expect you to be flexible and able to adapt to new circumstances.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in the role of a park worker, we see that you have a high school education in gardening or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience that the employer deems comparable.

Other requirements include:

• Driver's license (B) for manual transmission
• Experience using various gardening machines
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

If you also have the following, it is an advantage:

• BE driver's license and experience driving with a trailer
• Knowledge of plants and pruning
• Training in work on roads

Other Information

The seasonal employment lasts between 6-9 months.
