Kungsbacka Golf Club offers a first-class experience where you can enjoy everything from lush forest and park courses to wind-swept seaside. A variation you will never tire of!

The club has over 2,000 members and is ranked 13th in Sweden as a junior club. We are constantly working to develop all three of our courses; quality is something that permeates everything we do.

We also have very large training areas, an indoor studio, and a Trackman Range at all teeing grounds. In 2025, we completely renovated our clubhouse, which also houses a shop and restaurant. Our vision is to be the most attractive member-owned golf club in Sweden, where every visitor receives the best experience, every time. The golf course is located along road 158 between Särö and Vallda, only 7 km from Kungsbacka center and 25 km from Gothenburg center.

About the job

Kungsbacka Golf Club is looking for seasonal golf course workers for the period of March-October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Scheduled weekend work is included during this period. It is an advantage if you have the following qualifications:

- Education/work experience in turf management

- Are positive, responsible, and enjoy working outdoors

- Thrive in a team but can also work independently

- Are meticulous and have a strong work ethic

- Have an interest in golf or course maintenance (meritorious)

- Have a B driver's license (meritorious)

About the position

- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and semi-rough

- Bunker maintenance

- Aeration, topdressing, and other maintenance tasks

- Machinery operation (mowers, tractors, leaf blowers, trimmers, etc.)

- General maintenance of the facility
