Are you looking for a part-time job? We are seeking a service-oriented on-site employee who wants to work in a central role in the customer's waste flows while contributing to a more sustainable society.
As an On-site employee, you will be Stena Recycling's representative at the customer's site and responsible for ensuring that waste management operates efficiently and safely throughout the facility. You will work closely with the customer's various departments and become an important contact person in matters related to waste, sorting, logistics, and order in the area.
The work shifts are usually scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday. You should be able to work at least two days a week to be considered.
Examples of tasks
- Support the customer in sorting issues and be a local waste advisor
- Have an overview of the entire waste flow at the factory
- Ensure that bins, containers, and receptacles are correctly placed, clean, and labeled
- Order emptying via Stena's customer portal
- Handle incoming inquiries from the customer's staff via phone, email, and on-site
- Perform simpler practical tasks, e.g., moving bins, changing waste furniture, and keeping order in recycling stations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements
- Studies or other work at least 50%. Proof required.
- High school education
- Driving license B (manual transmission)
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
- Good physical condition as the work is sometimes practical
- Have a high safety awareness
Meritorious:
- Experience in waste management, recycling, or logistics
- Experience in customer contact/service
- English
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work on behalf of Stena Recycling. The start date for the assignment is in early February 2026.
