As a painter with team leader responsibilities, you will play a key role in Daimler's repair workshop. You will work practically in production while supporting and leading a smaller team of painters. The team performs the complete painting process, from preparation and surface filling to finished paint work. The work is free under responsibility, with great trust in your competence and without heavy administration. Here you will paint larger objects and more advanced surfaces, where patterns, variation, and finish are in focus.

We are looking for someone with experience in vehicle painting. You have good knowledge of wet painting, sanding, and color management, and work independently, structured, and carefully with a clear focus on quality. You have a genuine interest in developing in your professional role, take responsibility for your work, and are happy to share your knowledge by supporting and training others. As a person, you are positive and cooperative and actively contribute to a good team spirit. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
