As an industrial worker, you will be responsible for production and quality assurance at our client’s facility. You will handle machines, monitor the production process, and perform regular checks to ensure everything is functioning optimally. The job also involves following safety regulations and reporting any deviations. You will collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and contribute to an efficient working environment. If necessary, you may also participate in the maintenance and repair of equipment.

We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education with a focus on technology or industry. You should have at least two years of experience working in the industrial sector and have basic knowledge of machine handling. A good understanding of safety regulations is a requirement, as well as the ability to read and follow instructions in Swedish. You also need practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

We prefer that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practical, able to work both independently and in a group, and have good problem-solving abilities. The job involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person who can work nights, days, and evenings.
