Do you want to work with advanced CNC technology in a modern environment? Intentius offers freedom with responsibility, short decision paths, and a well-equipped machine park.

Would you like to work in a technology-driven company with a modern machine park, high quality, and short decision paths? We are now looking for a meticulous and committed CNC operator who wants to become part of our skilled production team at Intentius IndustriKomponenter AB.

About the role

As a CNC operator with us, you will work with lathes and multi-operation machines in a varied and responsible role. You will be involved in the entire process – from reading work orders and ensuring that the right materials and settings are used, to measuring, checking, and completing details according to customer requirements.

We have both vertical and horizontal milling machines. All our milling machines are equipped with FANUC and HAAS control systems, so we expect you to have experience working independently with programming in these or similar control systems. We program with the support of the EDGECAM CAM system and have a Solidworks CAD license. We primarily run short to medium-length series with high precision, but we also have a department with robot-operated machines where we run longer series.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Reading and interpreting work orders, instructions, and drawings before starting

  • Measuring and checking details according to applicable instructions

  • Labeling, identifying, and placing finished goods in the designated location

  • Restarting machines and robots and addressing operational disturbances

  • Stopping production that does not meet quality requirements

  • Making ongoing purchases of tools and parts for self-produced tools

  • In consultation with planners, selecting or changing tool suppliers

  • Designing tools, fixtures, and production aids as needed

  • Managing scrap, waste, and non-conforming goods according to procedures

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility for your work and are keen to deliver the right quality on time.

You have:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a CNC operator in milling

  • Good knowledge of cutting tools and fixturing

  • Experience with FANUC and/or HAAS control systems

  • Experience programming with CAM systems, preferably EDGECAM

  • Good skills in reading drawings and measurement techniques

  • Basic knowledge of quality and environmental requirements

  • Swedish spoken and written

  • The ability to work independently and with colleagues

We offer

  • A modern and well-equipped working environment

  • Short decision paths and a corporate culture with freedom under responsibility

  • The opportunity to work closely with both production and development

  • A stable company with a high technical level and long-term perspective

  • We have a collective agreement with IF Metall
