We are now strengthening our team. The vaccination and testing operations have an overarching regional mission that handles all vaccinations within the region, including major campaigns for influenza, COVID-19, medical vaccinations, and travel-related vaccinations. In addition to the vaccination mission, we work regionally with asylum health and conduct health examinations for newly arrived adults and children. We also support the region by following up and managing any follow-up tests and vaccinations where staff and students within the region and municipality have experienced a needle stick or cut injury. Besides regular assignments, we may receive shorter or longer tasks from both primary care and somatic care, which means that the operations and its staff need to be flexible and take on challenges with short lead times and, in some cases, quick decisions.

We are an organization with a stable workgroup spread across the entire region, and during larger vaccination campaigns, we have a large number of temporary staff.

We are now looking for two nurses to join our team! This position involves planning and working together with a colleague in both Sollefteå and Kramfors municipalities. We have two fixed units, one in Sollefteå and one in Kramfors; in addition, we are periodically present in health centers and community rooms to provide good community service.

Introduction will be based on experience and needs. The work involves planned and sometimes unplanned travel throughout the region. The job also means supporting other operations for shorter or longer periods, sometimes at short notice.

The positions are permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon. We apply flexible working hours and typically work Monday to Friday during the day.

Nurse for Vaccination and Testing, Sollefteå Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in the vaccination and testing operations, you have a significant degree of responsibility, and a high level of flexibility is required to thrive in your work. You work closely with the team, which includes responsible nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, receptionists, and administrators. You have great opportunities to develop in your role by taking responsibility for your own clinic and planning for vaccination work and asylum health based on your experience.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you

• Are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse or pediatric nurse
• Have experience with the Cosmic journal system
• Have experience working in the Mitt Vaccin journal
• Have additional language skills
