The work as a general practitioner at our clinic involves the investigation and treatment of patients. We work systematically and structured with the aim of always offering our patients the best care. Visits can be both planned and acute.

The role may also include supervision of medical students and residents, as an important part of our mission is to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We encourage you to regularly update your skills as a supervisor through offered training. With us, you will work closely with all professions at the clinic and you will be an important part of the ongoing improvement work and development of the practice.

Our staff currently includes 3 general practitioners. We are now looking for a colleague as one of them is retiring in the spring. We also have 2 residents placed at the health center. We have a rehab team that, together with the medical team, conducts rehabilitation rounds every week. The rehab team consists of a social worker, rehabilitation counselor, physiotherapist, and psychiatric nurse. In addition to these professions, we also have medical secretaries, nursing assistants, registered nurses, and district nurses working with us. Child Health Care and Maternal Health Care are managed in-house within the premises.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine and preferably has previous experience working in primary care.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the practice from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus.
• You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have an easy time collaborating.
• You need to have good communication skills to create good relationships with both patients and colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs and your approach is professional and humble.
• It is an advantage if you have experience and/or interest in supervising residents.
