Peab Asfalt AB is a subsidiary of the Peab Group and is one of Sweden's largest companies in the manufacturing and laying of hot, warm, and cold asphalt. About the position

In the role of a skilled worker in the milling operations, you will work together with your team in the field. You will handle various tasks such as operating different milling machines, sweeping trucks, and more, which means you will perform the first step in creating new roads.

No day is the same as both the work location and hours vary, which requires flexibility. Southern and Western Sweden will be your geographical work area.
Since projects vary, they may sometimes be outside your local area, and you must therefore be able to travel and stay overnight in other locations during the week.

The position is full-time according to the annual working time agreement of the milling operations, with a start date in April 2026, and we apply a probationary period.

Who are you?

You have a basic education equivalent to high school level, preferably in the construction and civil engineering sector and/or relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent. Experience in milling and/or asphalt work is considered a significant advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

As a person, you are practical and enjoy collaborating with others. You are responsible, driven to do a good job, and pay attention to working hours and safety.

We are looking for someone who believes it is important that the work effort is seen as a team effort, where you are keen to hand over a well-executed job together with your colleagues.
