Greenkeeper at Sollefteå Golf Club

Sollefteå Golf Club is located 17 km west of Sollefteå city center. We offer a high-quality 18-hole course with park and forest characteristics, where several holes are surrounded by challenging water hazards. The facility has modern training areas with a top-class driving range, putting green, chipping green, and two practice bunkers.

Here you will work in a scenic environment with great opportunities to influence and develop the course.

About the role

As a Greenkeeper, you will play a central role in realizing the club's visions. You will lead an engaged team and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of the course. The role includes personnel and budget responsibilities as well as delegated workplace safety tasks from the board.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and plan the daily maintenance of the course
• Develop green areas and raise the standard of the course
• Ensure high quality of machinery and irrigation systems
• Personnel and budget responsibility

We are looking for someone who

• Is a positive and engaged leader, who is solution-oriented and flexible
• Has an easy time collaborating and adapting to seasonal needs
• Enjoys working outdoors and early mornings
• Likes working with machinery
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Previous personnel responsibility is an advantage, and prior experience working on a golf course is beneficial. Most importantly, you are a team player who wants to contribute to the club's long-term future.

We offer

• Permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period
• Salary according to collective agreement or negotiation
• Start date as soon as possible, preferably no later than April 1, 2026
