Rådomsgården is a private elderly care home located in Helgum, Sollefteå municipality. It operates as a limited company, primarily owned by local residents. The facility has been in operation since 1994 and is a special accommodation with an agreement with Sollefteå municipality for 14 permanent places and 1 short-term place. Rådomsgården is beautifully situated in a nature-friendly environment and has about 20 employees. In addition to nurses and nursing assistants, there is an economist and a caretaker working here. Our kitchen prepares meals from scratch by our chefs. Our guiding principle is good care based on the individual needs of the residents.

We are looking for a nursing assistant for a temporary position with a working percentage of 75-90%. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks, but other duties such as laundry and cleaning are also included.

Work shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. Full-time is 37 hours/week. Currently, staff work every other weekend, with one shared day every 6 weeks. Positions at 100% have 27 working days/6 weeks. Positions at 75% have 25 working days/6 weeks.

Start date by agreement.

Salary according to agreement; we have a collective agreement with Kommunal.

Requirements: Approved education as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Responsible with good teamwork skills and great commitment.
