We are looking for a technician for 2-shift in Helsingborg!

Do you want to work close to food production in a technical role where problem-solving and responsibility are in focus? We are now looking for a shift technician who wants to develop together with the business and contribute to stable and safe operations.

About the role

As a technician, you are an important part of the production and ensure that machines and equipment function during your shift. You work both to rectify faults that arise and with preventive maintenance. The role involves independent work, but you collaborate closely with operators, colleagues, and the technical coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to take responsibility; experience is important, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Your tasks

In this role, you will troubleshoot and rectify technical problems that arise in production, both through urgent interventions and planned preventive maintenance. You are responsible for documenting completed work in the maintenance system and collaborating closely with operators and other technicians to ensure stable and efficient operations. Work is always conducted with a focus on safety, where you follow applicable safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background or experience from industry, maintenance, or production

• Basic understanding of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and/or automation

• Experience in troubleshooting and practical technical work

• Previous work in shifts or production is an advantage

• Familiarity with maintenance systems

Working hours

• Morning: Monday–Friday 07:00–15:30

• Afternoon: Monday–Thursday 15:20–23:25, Friday 15:20–21:30

We are looking for someone who:

• Is solution-oriented and approaches problems with a calm and methodical working style

• Thrives with responsibility and can work independently

• Is curious, engaged, and wants to develop in your technical role

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English

• Has a driver's license and access to a car
