Your Profile

As a maintenance technician, you will work closely with production to ensure stable operations, high availability, and long-term operational reliability. You will solve both urgent technical problems and build structure for preventive maintenance, documentation, and improvement work. The role combines practical work on-site with planning, follow-up, and collaboration with suppliers and colleagues. You will actively contribute to developing work methods, technology, and robustness in production. Here, you will have a day-to-day life filled with variety, responsibility, and real impact.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, repair, and corrective maintenance of production equipment

  • Planning and execution of preventive maintenance in CMS systems

  • Documentation of completed work, procedures, and improvement measures

  • Contact with suppliers regarding spare parts, quotes, and repairs

  • Ensuring that critical spare parts are available

  • Participating in improvement work where experience from Lean and 5S is advantageous

  • Technical advice on investments, renovations, and development projects

  • Supporting production with high service levels and technical expertise

  • Monitoring operational disturbances and root cause analyses

  • Participating in our safety work

  • Contributing to the development of automation and operational reliability over time

Your Profile We are looking for a confident and practical technician who enjoys responsibility, variety, and close collaboration with production. You have a broad technical background, enjoy solving problems, and appreciate structure, order, and clear working methods. You are used to working independently but also value being part of a team where everyone helps each other. You take ownership of your tasks, are solution-focused, and contribute with a calm, professional approach in your daily work.

 

Examples of Experience and Qualities

  • Technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or control and regulation.

  • Experience in industrial maintenance or technical operations

  • Broad technical understanding in mechanics, electrical engineering, and pneumatics. PLC experience is a plus

  • Ability to read drawings, manuals, and technical documentation

  • Interest in preventive maintenance, structure, and improvement work

  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for your own priorities

  • Service-oriented and collaborative in contact with production

  • Solution-oriented with a practical approach and an unpretentious communication style

  • Meticulous in documentation and follow-up

  • Good Swedish in speech and writing
