The Staffing Pool is an internal staffing organization within Regionservice and is located in Malmö and Lund. Our mission is to assist service operations with trained substitutes who can cover vacancies during shorter or longer absences of regular staff.

The position means that you work as a temporary employee within Regionservice, which means that you support the various operations with your skills in the daily work. The position is based in Lund with a start date according to agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer temporary employment as a basis. This means that the number of working hours per week can vary. As a service employee, your task will be to relieve the healthcare sector of tasks that do not require a healthcare education.

We are now looking for temporary employees for our departments within: Goods, Patient Transport, and Logistics. The tasks may include the following:

• Transporting patients, mail, samples, food, and goods to the hospital's various departments. Transport of deceased individuals may also occur.

It is advantageous if you have a B driver's license and previous experience in the service industry.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you will work side by side with nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and janitors. In your daily work, you will also have contact with the patients who are in the premises.

Since we operate Monday to Sunday, working hours may include both weekend and evening shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has completed high school or equivalent. Additionally, you should have good computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The work is independent and therefore places high demands on initiative and responsibility. Working in a hospital environment also requires great accuracy and humility, as you will be in an environment where people are particularly vulnerable. A good attitude and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay; therefore, we see that you are positive and accommodating. You are passionate about delivering high service and want to help create a good and pleasant healthcare environment for patients in Skåne. Great emphasis will also be placed on personal suitability.
