As a cleaner, your main task is to ensure that our premises are well cleaned.

A clean and fresh environment is important for everyone who spends time in the premises and is always greatly appreciated. You will work with cleaning, deep cleaning, and self-monitoring of the preschool's and/or school's premises such as classrooms, toilets, common areas, staff rooms, etc. Both manual cleaning and machine operation are involved.

We offer you an important and varied job to ensure that our children and students can receive education in clean and safe premises. Everyone working in cleaning is an adult role model and significant for our students' development. We work with high expectations and respectful treatment.

Through us at BSF Staffing Unit, you can be offered work as a cleaner for monthly temporary positions, ranging from about 1 to 6 months. The temporary position will be at one of the municipality's preschools and primary schools, either in the city of Lund or in one of our villages: Dalby, Veberöd, Genarp, Torna Hällestad, Södra Sandby, or Revingeby. We will place great emphasis on matching your skills to the assignment.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has previous experience working in cleaning. Experience with machine operation and floor care, as well as quality training such as INSTA 800, SRY/PRYL, or equivalent, is an advantage.

Working hours are scheduled during regular operational hours, which requires you to be flexible and enjoy having staff and children/students around you while you work. You are self-sufficient in your work but are also part of a team where we naturally help each other when needed. As a cleaner, you take pride in your profession and perform your work with great accuracy and quality.

You need to have basic digital skills. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language to understand both verbal and written instructions.

For work in preschools and schools, you need to be able to present an acceptable extract from the criminal record.

Staffing Unit

BSF Staffing Unit works to recruit and staff substitutes for our preschools. We fill the need for short-term substitutes when regular employees are absent due to illness/parental leave, but also for planned absences in the form of vacation, training, or similar. In addition, we also fill monthly temporary positions and are now looking for you who are a trained cleaner and want to work with us on longer temporary assignments.
