The operational area center 2 consists of 4 home care centers and a total of 12 units.

We are not recruiting to replace anyone - we are recruiting to become even stronger! Therefore, we are looking for you who want to contribute with your skills, your commitment, and your willingness to work together to provide the best possible care. In particular, we are looking for staff for Linné, Landala, Johanneberg, and Majorna.

Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to joy and well-being. The goal is for care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we serve. Our operations are ongoing every day, which means that working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

In the role of assistant or care assistant, you support and help the care recipient in their own home based on approved services. You travel to the individual's home on foot, by bike, or by car. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. It also includes being a contact person. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse, such as administering insulin and medication. All documentation is done digitally.

In home care, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.

About the Job

Requirements:

• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills (IT knowledge)

Meritorious but not required:

• Experience in care and support work, preferably in home care
• Experience with social documentation and reception role
• B driver's license and driving experience
• Ability to cycle and willing to use a bike for work

You convey information and ideas clearly and ensure that your message has been received.

To ensure high quality in our care and support, we prefer that you, who do not have a care education, have the necessary prerequisites so that you can further your education to become a care assistant or nursing assistant through adult education. We think long-term and want you as an employee to grow and develop, which is why we prefer that you are motivated to pursue further education in care and support. We will prioritize candidates who have the required prerequisites.
