Truck Driver at Ballingslöv

Are you an experienced driver who enjoys freedom, responsibility, and meeting people? At Ballingslöv AB, we are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented truck driver who wants to become an important part of our transport team. Here, you will get to see new places and represent one of Sweden's most well-known kitchen brands.

About the Role

As a driver at Ballingslöv, you are one of our foremost ambassadors. You deliver kitchens to end customers, retailers, and construction sites in both Sweden and Norway. The work involves being part of a team of three people and serving as a substitute for two fixed trucks.

We operate on a rolling three-week schedule where you work weeks 1 and 2, then have a full week off in week 3. During work weeks, you will live in the truck. Deliveries are usually made with a tail lift and pallet truck, and the position requires a high level of professional and service-oriented customer interaction.

Who Are You?

• Have a basic education and CE driver's license, forklift license, and YKB.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Used to working independently and finding solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable living in the truck.
• Experienced in handling loose cargo and dolly trailers (preferred).
• Have a good customer service attitude and communicate clearly, even when notifying customers.
• Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn new things.
