About Kalendebolet

Kalendebolet is an active farm in an idyllic countryside setting, about 15 minutes north of Halmstad. The apple juice factory at Kalendebolet was established in 2020 in simple forms and has expanded each year with new ideas and business tracks being established over time. The core is still an Apple Juice Factory where individuals are given the opportunity to provide their apples from August to November and receive a fine result back in the form of apple juice. What has developed over the years are the business relationships where we now supply many cafes, restaurants, and shops in Halland (and surrounding areas) with apple juice on a continuous basis. In 2025, we opened a camping/parking area that operates during the summer period.

The CEO of Kalendebolet Juice Factory is me, Harald; passionate about sustainable solutions, entrepreneurship, and of course - apple juice! In the company, you will also find Clara, sales & marketing manager, and Rebecka, production manager. You may have encountered us at markets or in the juice factory.

What does the role entail?

Kalendebolet is now looking for an independent and energetic person who particularly wants to be part of the Juice Factory's production. The work in the juice factory will primarily involve working with production, from grain to loaf, from apple to fantastic apple juice - but also so much more! It involves nurturing customer relationships, deliveries to our business customers, participating in markets, and driving smaller events. The position will involve close collaboration with colleagues Clara and Rebecka.

It is desirable if you have experience running a café, working in food production, or similar, and have experience running your own business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent person who is not afraid to take on new projects. We seek self-drive and entrepreneurship, and the attitude should be to want to learn and show initiative for what needs to be done. You do not need to know everything from the start, but the drive to want to learn must be there. As a person, you are organized, confident, and positive, and have the ability to manage many parallel processes at the same time. It is also an advantage if you are a creative seller as we fundamentally sell our fantastic craftsmanship and want to reach out to even more retailers in Halland. The work primarily involves being responsible for production and thus requires physical endurance.

The farm offers great opportunities for entrepreneurship where our current and future businesses allow for creating and running your own operations based on your own creative solutions. If you have a good idea, we are all ears!

The position involves teamwork where communication is key, but also a role where you are responsible for your own processes and enjoy some solitary work.

If you are a natural talent in sales and relationships, it is a plus.

The Season

The apple season is between August 15 - November 15. During this time, the position is allocated to about 75-100%. However, we will offer work before that starting in the spring of 2026, where you need to be available to learn the craft from the ground up, deliver to our customers, and so on. There will also be opportunities for additional work after the season as we participate in various Christmas markets where we sell our products.

Employment Type

You will be employed by the company, with the possibility of continued work during the low season for the rest of the year. Hourly wage.
