Aleris ASIH At Aleris ASIH, we work in multiprofessional teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

The Role As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job; no day is the same. A fast pace and a good team spirit where we help each other to provide quality, person-centered care. The tasks include advanced medical interventions in the home to enable patients to be cared for at home instead of in the hospital.

We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a working tool. With us, you will always have a team and coordinator to help plan and structure your work.

We operate from the office in Tullinge, and patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars.

About You We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Previous work experience in home care is highly meritorious.

You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first. You are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who actively wants to contribute to our community and development. You are confident in your professional role, easy to collaborate with, and have a broad medical competence. We place great importance on personal suitability.
