Within the health and medical care administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are gathered in a common administration and organized into county and local healthcare areas. The local healthcare area of Skellefteå includes the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Surgical Operations, as well as primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these aim to provide good and accessible care.

Anderstorp Health Center is one of four health centers in the Skellefteå primary care area south. The other units in the area are Bureå, Lövånger, and Burträsk health centers. We work together to develop primary care.

At the health center, we work health-promoting and always prioritize the patient first. Good accessibility, high quality, and operational development are therefore of high priority. The health center is located close to Skellefteå city center but with the river and forest right around the corner. New housing is being built nearby, and within the area, there is a vibrant and growing commercial area.

We are now looking for a healthcare assistant who wants to join us.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a healthcare assistant with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that helps people grow.

Your responsibilities include, among other things, sample collection, assistance to doctors, suture removal, dressings, audiograms, EKG, and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring. Orders, phone bookings, and invitations are also part of the job.

We work in teams around our acute patients in a way that develops competence and provides safe care. The work offers great variety in terms of content and pace. Other tasks may also be considered after internal training within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a recognized healthcare assistant education and professional certificate. We prefer that you have a few years of experience as a healthcare assistant. Previous work in primary care and knowledge of the operational systems Cosmic and Bos are advantageous.

Good collaboration skills are crucial, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, has good communication skills, and has an interest in primary care. We seek someone who is meticulous and responsible, a person who wants to help develop our work. We expect you to prioritize good interactions and actively work to develop relationships and be positive about improvement efforts to enhance the operations.
