We are one of two region-run health centers in Ludvika municipality and have approximately 15,500 registered patients. Our team includes specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, rehabilitation coordinators, mental health care coordinators, and medical secretaries. The health center is located at Ludvika Hospital, which currently does not have an emergency department - the nearest emergency hospital is in Falun. The hospital has a minor emergency unit that is open around the clock.

Temporary position as Nursing Assistant at Ludvika Health Center Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in the daily operations of the health center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting doctors during consultations
• Sample collection in the laboratory according to current routines
• Preparing patients and examination rooms
• Administrative tasks related to patient flow and consultation work
• Ensuring good hygiene and order in the reception

You will be part of a team where we closely collaborate and support each other to provide our patients with safe, secure, and professional care.

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (C1 level).

Meritorious:

• Experience with Cosmic
• Experience from primary care or other outpatient services is desirable.
• Good communication skills, high empathy, and a professional demeanor.
• You can collaborate well in a team but are also comfortable working independently.
