Koncepta works with telemarketing, but not in the traditional sense – we are different. We collaborate with well-known clients such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, the Swedish Federation of Small Businesses, and the Foundation Active School, for whom we gather members and sponsorship. Our salespeople only call businesses.

We have collective agreements and pay a base salary accordingly. However, we do not set limits on how much our salespeople can sell or earn, so you can achieve a very high salary if you are active and engaged. If you are a skilled salesperson, you also have the opportunity to leave earlier in the day. All our employees have their own rooms.

You do not need to have sales experience. We train and coach all our employees.

Requirements/ qualifications/ characteristics:

You need to have high communication and expression skills and speak very good Swedish as we use the phone as a working tool. Taking personal responsibility and initiative is important in the role, as well as good teamwork skills since we work both individually and in teams.

Our sales team consists of skilled employees from various backgrounds and all ages. We focus heavily on both sales and community, and we do many activities together.

We are continuously recruiting, and therefore positions may be filled before the application deadline.

The positions are permanent employment starting with a six-month fixed-term contract. All our positions are full-time.
