We are now looking for several colleagues for our evening group, both nursing assistants and care assistants, who actively work to create secure relationships based on trust and individualized coordinated home care efforts. We warmly welcome your application!

About the Position

As a nursing assistant or care assistant within home care, you work closely with people in need of care and support in their own homes. Your work is both varied and meaningful. You work both independently and together with colleagues to provide the best possible care. We are looking for someone who has the commitment and desire to actively contribute to the development and improvement of the organization.

What we offer are permanent part-time positions, 87.84% during the evening. Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and include weekend work every other week. Our clients live in Rimbo and surrounding areas where we mainly travel to our users by car, bicycle, or on foot.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care and support during meals
• Participating in social interactions with clients and accompanying them on walks
• Performing delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff
• Establishing action plans based on the client's individual needs
• Participating in development areas such as dementia care, technology, and documentation
• Acting as a primary care contact for clients and contributing to their security (applies to nursing assistants)

About Our Offer:

About You

For this position, you need:

• Experience in similar work with varied tasks
• Basic digital competence
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• The ability to cycle

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation
• Be a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• A driving license

From July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to hold the title of nursing assistant. If you have care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed with the title of care assistant. No nursing assistant education is required to be employed as a care assistant.
